Great workout today on Nike Track Day.
We did 6 laps warming up. Followed by 2k run, 1.2k, 800m, 400m. Then cool down with 2 laps.

2k split time ( 1:20 | 1:23 | 1:24 | 1:23 | 1:22 ) slow jog for 400m + rest 5 min.
1.2k split time ( 1:16 | 1:18 | 1:20 ) slow jog for 300m + rest 3 min.
800m split time ( 1:17 | 1:20 ) slow jog for 200m + rest 2 min.
400m ( 1:11 ) slow jog for 100m.
Cool down run for 5 minutes.
